On a completely different topic: there have been numerous stories about the Firefox crop circle in Oregon lately. Well, this project was the brain-child of a couple of interns at Firefox, one of whom is Matt Shichtman, who is the son of one of my colleagues here, Marty Shichtman.
Anyway, it’s cool stuff, and certainly one of the greatest student intern summer projects I’ve heard of in a long time. Check out this blog entry which leads to a very large video about the event.
