See this article, “Let’s blog around the clock,” an article published as part of IT AsiaOne. I’m not entirely sure where this is taking place, but I thought it was interesting that it’s taking place in the instruction of Chinese and it is a tool that is being used pretty much in the same way blogs are used to teach English.
